It is nice round there.  Lots of the big museums round there and nice places to eat.  And at least the reviews are more interesting than normal.

Meh, most of the cheap places get shit reviews, it's usually because people's expectations are too high. The place I posted earlier in the thread also gets similar reviews, it's absolutely fine if your expectations are at the right level, you just need to remember you are staying at a budget hotel.

Thing is when you spend £100 a night in West London you expect to stay somewhere nice because it is £100 but relatively it is like staying in a £30 hotel in Bolton/Walsall/Stoke so it is going to be a relative shit hole.  That's just the way it goes.
