Thanks a lot guys  <3. Just played some zoom yesterday after my posts. Lost a smallish amount across 1/2 and some 2/5 but after an hour I felt skype popping up and just started to discuss altruism amongst animals with a friend instead. I saw a video of a monkey resuscitating another and it was strange to see just how "human" it appeared. Not sure on the plan today. Probably somewhat similar with some studying instead.

I've been reading a bit more about relationships and the motivation side of things, as well as meditation for the 50th time. I will leave a post here that resonated with me. It will also serve as a reminder to exercise more too. I really enjoy getting out and walking the dogs while I'm here. Toni has 3 (!) Rottweilers so they are a bit of a handful but it's nice to see some grass and the stars.
