Look pretty tasty to me.
I prefer to cut them into pieces before serving and not bother with having to use a knife whilst eating. Fingers (and fork if you must) should suffice for this sort of food.
Did you barbecue them or cook them in the oven? Or both?

Put them in the oven in Coke and water for three hours, then marinated them before BBQ.

I was going to post an amusing photo of my own ribcage, but I unfortunately I can't find it. I know its in there somewhere, but until smart phones do x ray pics you's will have to take my word for it.
Meal looks scrumptious Maureen.

BBQ sauce recipe is lovely. I doubled it up because ...well because we love our food.
8 tbsp tomato ketchup 8 tbsp soft brown sugar 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1 tsp paprika ( smoked adds to it)
all x 2 plus added chillies for a kick.
warm gently to bubbling then leave for a couple of mins. Then when ribs cooked (Put them in the oven in Coke and water for three hours turn twice ) , then marinated them before BBQ marrianate as long as poss, .. bbq um.
Green chilli corriander on top of white
Finger chillies Garlic onions tommy puree tommy sauce.
Liquidise.
White sauce.
Full fat sour cream, Salad Cream sping onions Chives
