...the last time I started a thread in the rail, but I do remember the last time I had a game of live poker. It was the Goliath at the Ricoh in Coventry a year ago this week.
I'm considering coming out of retirement and playing it again today. It probably wont be very busy, but a noon start on a Monday is right up my street.

Go for it - after seeing it's going to thunder today I have decided to give the Goliath a whirl, the real test is trying to work out how the girls scantily dressed in the White dresses keep their 'assets' in with such a low gap down the front...very off putting.
I would think they will still get 150-200 today.

Played it Saturday for the first time.....didn't quiet make the last level but good fun, and if it wasn't for work ,would play it again this week.
Plenty of play with 25,000 chips, 40 min levels and 2 re entries allowed.
Certainly not one to object to scantily dressed girls....but seemed to be about half a dozen, standing around in the corridors doing nothing. Couldn't quite see the point.
