the cavs are playing huge lux tax to the nba this year to grind lebron's last few years.  They have paid over the odds for several key players to ride lebron's prime.  The net's did it as well in the NBA but they were never going to win.  The ruskie owner just thought it was football and he could buy success.  The luxury tax penalties in the nba year on year stop that happening.  Which he has found out after ironing out several hundred million on luxury tax and not getting close to winning anything.  He is now trying to sell up.
