Any Mosconi cup fans? Ryder cup of 9 ball pool. Currently in the Tropicana Hotel, Vegas!

Europe leading 6-3 in the last match of day 2.

Love this version of pool, so much more exciting than 8 ball pool IMO.

Any other fans??

How about Matt "the cue ball" Russell?

How about Matt "the cue ball" Russell?

His break is so powerful he has been known to make cue-balls explode.

Gutted I missed the 1st day. Caught up last night and was watching every game from 7pm while attempting to play poker on line.

The 5 hours flew by. Credit where it is due, that last 9 ball was very good by the yanks. Looks like the European team are a close bunch this year.

Love it, even more so that Europe been winning it so often past few years.

Knottikay - Europe been very close for years, just like in Ryder cup, probs one of the reasons they win so often

Never really followed pool but read a book recently about a road hustler called Kid Delicious that I enjoyed. Sadly when i looked him up after it sounds like he had a massive drop in form and isn't on the circuit at all any more since it got bigger.

EDIT - Found an article about him & this is the book i read
