It seems that all nine members of Ma's Army have admitted to doping.

I have always assumed that they were drugged up, the way they appeared from nowhere to dominate the 1993 WCs. The athlete who lost out most, Sonia O'Sullivan, who was favourite for both the 1500m and 3000m, and was beaten only by Chinese in both, may now be awarded the two golds.

You can tell that the commentators at the time were sceptical, without coming out and saying it.
