Heading to Boston with work in a couple of months, was thinking of going to Vegas but not sure I can be arsed with another 5/6 hours flight across there and back, I don't get excited about going there these days either.

Anyway, places I've been to before or won't go this time are NY, Washington, Cape Cod/Islands.

Anyone got any other suggestions?

Was thinking maybe Montreal or Toronto....

Know virtually nothing about anywhere else up there like Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont etc. Pretty open minded about what and where, whether it's a city or outdoorsy stuff with a bit of scenery, all is good....

Ty in advance.

Montreal is awesome. Toronto is more just big city vibe (but still cool). Depends what you enjoy doing

Know nothing about either mate. Just looking for somewhere interesting to go to have a mooch around. Guess I want (bearing in mind I'll likely be on my own), plenty of places to eat without feeling like a cock because I'm on my tod, same with bars/pubs. Plus some interesting stuff to do in the daytime, just for a few hours each day. Won't be looking to run around all day just ticking tourist boxes, just some want interesting stuff to fill a few hours each day to make the trip worthwhile.

Might well do, I lived in Cape Cod for 6 months a while back and went a few times back then, quite enjoyed it.
