Happily pay upto 1k when it equals my net, wud pay 5k if net was 6 figs.

Maybe there's a reason I never seem to keep hold of money

Nothing. Lasted 20 minutes of episode one, didn't like it. Everyone raved about it so much I tried again.still did nothing for me. Now west wing, band of brothers, battlestar galactica, game of thrones, 24 , the wire. ...probably a few hundred quid each

No idea, but it's definitely worth trying.

Superb characters/cast/stories, and I don't think you even need to enjoy American Football to watch it.

Do I get the 120 odd hours of my life back? (I've watched it through 3 times)

If I do and assuming it's free time during which I can do what I want without having to worry about sleeping (which I wasn't doing whilst watching it) I'd happily pay a couple of k.

If it's purely for the pleasure of getting to see it for the first time again I wouldn't pay a penny. I actually prefer most programs second run through as you get to pick up things that you miss first time round.
