I saw mention of this (a whole half page in fact) in today's newspaper, & my first thought was what an utter load of nonsense. And I still think that.

Exactly what use does it have to you or I, or any other reasonably normal person?

It has sufficient fuel to last for a 10 minute flight, & probably takes an hour to strap on all the gear & stuff.

Worst invention since this;

How about for the emergency services?

You could jet pack up to the window of a burning building and carry people to safety or jet pack up the side of a mountain to administer first aid to an injured walker.

The possibilities are actually limitless if you think of it as a tool rather than something purely for entertainment.
