When you do a number two, do you automatically do a number one or do you have individual control over each function?

I can't really remember ever doing a number 2 and not having a number One accompany it. Will double check next time. Will be tomorrow around 6pm I think.

Are you talking simultaneous streams or that one leads to the other?

Are you talking simultaneous streams or that one leads to the other? Well I wouldn't exactly call the number two a stream, (two bob bits excepted) but to clarify, the question is, can you or do you do 2 without 1 happening, either in tandem or as a consequence of?

afaik the pelvic floor muscle controls both, it needs to be relaxed a little bit to pee and a lot to poo so when its relaxed enough to poo it is relaxed enough for the bladder to empty
The last half hour or James O'Briens show on LBC is a question and answer segment where people can call in to ask wacky questions or to give an answer
You'd be pretty handy with some of the answers Tom, a few days ago someone asked why both phillips head and flat head screws exist instead of having a universal system. The answer was actually pretty interesting too!

Cheers Vin.
I'll just wait for a few replies from normal people and then I'll tell you why I'm asking.

It's definitely physically possible but requires the use of some muscles that most probably don't have any control over.
Mentally though there's no chance.
Can't wait to find out why you're asking.

Doesn't it depend on the type of poo. If there isn't much effort needed to get it out, you don't have to pee. I am in the fairly sure is possible camp.
Haven't got any real evidence though.
