As stated, it's happened four or five times in the last couple of weeks when I try to switch threads or update a current one.

My PC gets completely frozen and won't even shut down or restart in the normal fashion; I have to switch off from the mains.

I seem to remember someone else mentioning something similar recently but how many of us are in the same blonde boat?

Where's Bongo?

It used to do exactly the same to mine Ralph.

Do you get that 'Download Adobe Air' message when you open a new table? Just click the link and follow the instructions.

It's the ghost of Big Adz haunting you.

What browser?  Is it updated? Is flash updated?  Keep taskmaster open and post a screenshot of the processes tab when it next happens.

It could be although I've been slipping in the odd aftertime myself lately to try and tempt him back for Cheltenham this weekend.

Firefox. Yes it's updated. I have no idea if flash is updated I thought it did that automatically. Never heard of taskmaster and never done a screenshot.

lol task manager I meant

It might show something using a lot of memory when its freezing

You may have a keyboard key with "prt sc" just press that when you have task manager up on the "Processes" tab

then open Paint which you will find in All programs/ Accessories folder

click paste then save as and you will have a picture of your screen including the task manager.

Yes!

Turning it off and on is the only thing that works.

seems pretty weird to just be blonde, could be a bad advert that's making browser run slow (but I use adblock so I don't know).

If you press at the same time - Ctrl + Alt + delete and then click task manager.
then press print screen (top right of keyboard), then hit start, type paint, open it, and paste or control v then save this screenshot and upload it here and we can see if anything is hogging your cpu/ram whilst you are looking at blonde.
