Similar thread to the other, going to be spending more time travelling up and down the A55 wondering if any casinos have any poker going on at all? If there are casinos at all!

Nothing that I'm aware of, having lived in Chester for ages. It's all pub poker etc I believe, that and probably some private games. Nearest casino is Liverpool/Manchester/Stoke etc, all the ones you know about.

Not a sausage, nearest casino in Wales is Cardiff which is 4 1/2 hours away, can get to Dublin quicker.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Ten years ago someone used to run a coach from Wrexham on a friday night to Stoke to play at what is now Genting because opportunities were that thin on the ground close to home.
