I was on a FT on PP about an hour ago, I was 2/5. Then I got disconnected and table would not reload. When I finally managed to get back on, I had 10 BBs.

The disruption cost me a lot of equity.

How do PP normally deal with situations like this?

I'll email them / get on to live chat a bit later.

In game I was 2/5, I had ~600/700k when the technical problems started.

It was 1st, 650, 2nd 390, 3rd 240, 4th 175 and 5th 125.

The technical issues with PP tonight, resulted in me being unable to play on the table. Two other players were disconnected as well.

My table kept going apparently, whilst my friends tables were "paused". My friend was able to get a screenshot of me and two other players sitting out, whilst another player had managed to reconnect.

I lost a lot of chips and equity due to the technical difficulties. I tried Customer Care, spoke to someone through live chat for about 45 mins, and pretty much got no where.
