Financial adviser recommendations (expat/tax status etc)

Citizens of Blonde, it feels like this will be the most worthwhile avenue to get a recommendation.

Can anyone recommend a UK-based IFA familiar with expat finances and taxation? Ideally they'd do Skype consults.

In summary, I'm a British citizen (thought I'd state the obvious), UAE resident, have a property in the UK - and ideally would like to play poker in Vegas without getting hammered by 30% withholding (bok) as I presume I can no longer take advantage of the tax treaty and my ITIN. Expect that is futile but tax rules are super complex so retaining a smidgen of hope - really need to structure what I do have anyway.

To be clear, not looking for advice, but hoping someone may have gone through the same process and 'knows a guy/girl'.
