Hello and welcome to Wales (Cardiff to be precise) where we have just managed to purchase that intangible commodity WIFI after the now-traditional fight with our Vodafone cards came to an end and we were not victorious...
People are trickling in (jncluding Snoopy! Hurrah!) and here right by the update table is Mr. Julian Thew and Ms. Chili Pepper, just two of tonight's players whom we shall be following for you all back in England, or wherever you may be...

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Hello Dewi and Robert - might as well take advantage of my online hour and tell you that Mr. Tikay is here, looking very smart in his black outfit, chatting at the moment to Lawrence Gosney whom I last encountered with Jo in the opulence of the Bellagio.
Staying at our ultra-convenient hotel across the carpark are a few more players you'll know - Burnley John Barry Neville Mr Red-Dog (at least I think he's there, in any rate he's here in the casino) Paul King Paul Garnham Carlo Citrone Iwan Jones Jeff Burke (Tikay reminds us they are Welsh)
I think. At the moment there's a lot of milling around. More detail to follow...

Incidentally, Helen, Dina and the Luton team are here, makes us feel most at home Thanks to Grosvenor for the corner which is nicely near the tournament area, and now that we've tackled the technology, the players are being called to their seats... It's around 6pm after all...

And here we have El Blondie himself, as well as Joe Grech and Ian Woodley, to follow... so many to bring you snaps of in just a few moments. They haven't started yet, by the way. When they've settled the cameras will come out of the bag and you can see what Snoopy and I see. Or, what he would see, if he hadn't just locked his car keys in his car.

Hi nun - have a good night, we'll probably still be here in the small hours...
Final call is being made, the dealers are spreading the cards with or without flourish. That chip riffly sound is starting up, and Tikay is already up for a cig break.
