The operators are competing heavily. The PSPC was announced last week, the EPTs are back, the Stars passports too

and today partypoker is out with a $20m MILLIONS online in 2018, $3m of leaderboards and added value into every live leg

Competition is turning the industry round is it not?

Ladbrokes/Coral being taken over by Party owner GVC presumably will mean a migration to the Party platform?

Do Ladbrokes/Coral have any significant poker traffic these days? I'd be surprised if they have enough to make much of a difference.

Lads used to report poker player numbers in their annual reports. Was going to check it again but their techies appear to have broken the corporate website and it's completely inaccessible currently.

Oops.

no I was meaning poker, didn't know they had such a low volume as to be insignificant.  But on the betting side presumably they must be looking at synergies in the trading department?  Isn't that the whole point of takeovers like this?

btw with Gibraltar being on very shaky ground due to brexit be interesting to see if the whole GVC organisation relocates.
