Adding an ensuite

Afternoon Blonde!
I am looking at installing a toilet, shower and basin within a room.
The position where it will be is not partciuarly close to the existing piping.
I was considering getting a macertor, but having a look at reviews (some hilarious!) i doubt i'll go down this route.
Anyone with any plumbling knowledge would it be a matter of running piping internally, lifting up carpets / floorboards, or could they just be run outside?
And an idea of approx cost (yes, yes how long is a piece of string!) for installation of new piping?
Ty!

Major part of job is location of soil stack relating to position of new toilet. Pictures or drawing would help a great deal.

Nothing wrong with Saniflo macerator if it is fitted correctly - though when someone flushes to loo at night you do get the sound of the saniflo for a few seconds.
Running a 4 inch soil stack with the correct fall will depend on depth of your floor joists and which way they run. If your going straight out to an external wall then the soil stack and waste pipes should not be a problem.
Dont know which area you are in but 3k seems a bit tight.
