I was at a Smoker on Saturday (fundraiser for a local amateur football team) - normally at these you get a speaker, then have a meal, then another couple of speakers - all of whom tell crude jokes.
There was a change at the one I was at, there was a buffet!! - We were not impressed, thinking we were getting quiche & salads etc....
Went through & the buffet consisted of ribs, chicken legs, sausage rolls & 6 (yes SIX) different kinds of pies... scotch pies, steak pies, haggis pies, chicken tikka pies, even macaroni pies for any veggie silly enough to attend. Best of all NO rabbit-food at all, the only green things were the napkins. I only wished I'd had a camera to get a picture for Kev
