New addition to the Blondites (Scotland branch).
«

Div's wife gave birth this morning at 00:32.
A baby girl weighing 5lbs 10oz. They've named her Erin Jane.
Mother and daughter both doing fine.
================================
Div is one of the new Scottish influx & came 11th in the Blonde online tourny. The freedom to play such tourny's will now no doubt be curtailled (although - if you're up all night with the sprog - you could always play poker Div
).
PS As all us Scots newbies look to Tikay as our online Grandpa - does this make him a Great-grandpa?

GREAT grandpa? Now you ARE pushing it.
Many congrats to Div and Lady Div. A picture of young Erin would be appreciated, I am gathering a collection of pics of baby blondeites.
Erin? Erin? How will folks know what make it is though? Erin, Declan, Reuben, what gives with these names?
I just love Barny Boatman's kid's name, Buster.
Shout "Buster", & you know for sure that running through the door any moment will be a boy or a labrador. Less confusion.
Congrats again Div, let's have a pic please.

Sorry Tikay - we'll stick to Grandpa
Erin's not an uncommon girl's name up here.

Erin a normal name? Good grief!
I like Sally or Jane, saves confusion, but Erin is certainly quaint & nice.

The Gaelic names are becoming more popular up here - we are multi lingual you know
Also among us Celtic supporting types Erin (as in Erin's Isle - Ireland) is a popular girl's name.

Thanks for the kind messages. Erin is now two days old, and thus capable of playing my last few hands of the blonde tourney better than I did.
I expect her to be winning enough cash off Dave by Christmas to pay for her upkeep.
As for a pic.....
