No need to answer that, I've just looked back over a few of your old posts.

If you wanted to see a Tommy Robinson thread (rhetorical, you don't, trust me) there's a corker running Next Door, takes your breath away. 600 posts & counting - a lot for there - & some of the most extraordinary Man Love for TR you'd ever see anywhere.

Show me an example of TR being racist please, Tighty. Do you know why he left the EDL?

Do you have a link please, Tikay?

He is a very, very controversial character but having 1 million followers on Facebook speaks volumes about his views.

it says there are 1 million idiots around

https://www.hopenothate.org.uk/research/investigations/tommy-robinson-far-right-islamophobic-extremist/

and thats my end to this, haven't got the time to go round in circles on characters like that

on a £50 note indeed! lol

I don't want to see a Tommy Robinson thread.

I asked the question initially because I thought Timothy was a reasonable sort of chap and I couldn't believe he was suggesting TR as a serious contender for the £50.

Then I looked through his posting history, realised that I was mistaken and moved on.

Honestly. Who cares about who's mug is on the back of a fifty? I really don't get the palaver.

Winston Churchill is on the back of a fiver. His views have been in the news a lot recently and not for good reason, yet you don't see people in shops going "nah, give me all the coins, I don't want any fivers cos Churchill's mug is on the back of it and I don't like him". People who use them are still going to use fifties whether it's got Thatcher's smirk, Robinson's mug or Nigel Farage's hooter on the back. The face on it should mean nothing.

Plus who looks at the back of a note anyway? The rare time I carry cash these days I have them front facing, so I can quickly gauge how much I have (hint: best part of nothing!).
