PokerStars EPT - Deauville - Day One, Flight One

We are here in Deauvile, there is a clear blue sky, it's a little chilly, but we are all set for a 4 day Update-Fest.

The bad news - for blonde - is that our Star Updater, Jen, is playing, so we have lost her services for this one, but that's GREAT news for Jen, & I know you will all join us in cheering her every move.

But our NEW star - snoopy - will be in charge, so you'll not notice the difference, he's a pretty cool dude too.

I have applied to be his Assistant - got the job - & a few blondeites have offered to help us out by being "runners" & "spotters" - namely Sunday@8pm & PokerQ. Plus, I believe The Boy Thewy is not playing until tomorrow, so he offered to lend a hand today, & so will Jen on her "off"  day I'm sure. (There are two opening days). Ditto Monty Burns.

List of runners & riders? Not been published yet, nor do we know who is playing on the first Day One, & the second Day One.

When is Dubai playing? I refer to my previous answer.

We have, we expect, 250 runners on each of the two Day One's, a large proportion of which will be internet qualifiers whom we don't know by name.

So the plan is to follow those we know on the two opening days, and load up plenty of pics.

James is on his way to the Casino now, he sounds in high spirits and a great positive attitude. Unfortunately I start Uni the same time as the tourny starts so it will be hard for me to post replies etc (but I will be sneaking regular peeks at the updates) Tikay, can you give him the usual big kiss and a good luck hug from me pleeeeeeeeease 

oh, and if you can do as many updates as possible on James, between Jen posts it would be greatly appreciated!
