$10,000 razz

End of day, 42k

Well, that was fun, but a battle of a day. 2pm restart.

I guess we needed to win one of the two silly pots that went 4/5 bet pre for it to have been a good day.

Obviously a silly thing to say, as poker is the random result of millions of butterfly effects, but definitely feels a shame for the day's massive pot to have been created by a random cold call of a 5bet from a queen.

Anyway, let's go tomorrow

Another day of razz updates is a win.

Run outrageously tomorrow.

Good luck later Stu.  I have never really thought about razz too much, but that Q hand is intersting.  I'd never realise that I should be raising with 762, as it looks a bit of a marginal hand, but can see why you are right.  Definitely keep posting hands and ignore Marky please.   I think I need to do more work before spewing at 8 game/razz.

The HH’s are fascinating Stu. Please carry on doing them whenever they don’t get in the way of your progress in the comps - which is what I think Marky was getting at...

Don’t mean to derail, BUT.....
I’ve also been hooked on Negreanu’s vlogs since the beginning of this year’s WSOP, since he’s also offered quite a lot of insight into the games outside of NLH and PLO/PLO8 - although it seems he doesn’t always follow his own guidance. (Did he get his vlogging stick out whilst you shared his table?) His vlogs are interesting also on the premise that he seems to be ‘real’. Be interested in your take on him - is the enthusiasm for GG Poker real, for example?

Finally, Seidel. Great bucket list stuff with the bluff. You’re right though; for a relatively old guy, he’s still cool and revered in the poker community. I think of him as the Seinfeld of poker.....

Yeah, exactly that. Don't want him compromising his comp in anyway just to keep the thead pretty.

Good luck, Stu!

$10,000 razz

Right, here for the start of day two. Thanks guys. Yes, Seidel confirmed on my left. Only recognise Andrew Bohman aside from that.

Double levels today, we start 4k-8k (1k)
