I need about 27%. If he does have AA, I am near dead against a flush,  and have 38% if he has no flush.

The average number of suits is 1.2, so, with card removal, let's say he has a flush 25% of the time. But, whilst he always goes all in without a flush, he sometimes slow plays a flush.  So, let's him give the flush 20% of the time.

So, 80% of the time, we have 38% equity, so just over 30% equity.

Alot of different things going on. But, to try to make sense of it, one key factor is that, if I bet here and get check raised,  I'm folding.
