You may have heard his name mentioned once or twice. Perhaps, like me, you even mixed him up with the Arsenal midfielder.

Anyhow, here is Emile Petit... still going strong.

tikay informs me that Emile doubled up recently with KT v 33

Hi Guys,

I've been offline for a few hours, da de da de da, & was on the rail sweating Jen when John Hewston bust her. He had JJ the previous hand, then found QQ. Still, good luck to him.

We - Jen, Thewy, snoppy & myself had dinner across the road, & when I went to pay the bill, I found that Paul Barnes, the CEO of All-In Poker, had treated us. Thanks Paul.

Jen is fine, honestly, & she never had even a monents hesitation about calling the all-in RR by John, she wanted a double up, & inching into the money had not crossed her mind. Boy of boy, she has won an army of admirers recently. She will be up here in the Media Centre shortly, I've slipped her my Press Pass.

PapaYoYo and little Liz send greetings to miniYoYo from Clane. Someone disappeared off to find out how he was doing some time ago. Any news? Tell him we're rooting for him even though we barely understand what's going on

 PAPAYOYO WELCOME  thumbs up

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

I think a better location would be monte carlo the day before the main event jonathan Wink just imagine the publicity there

It would get lost in the EPT publicity I fear, but nice suggestion Russ.

Thewy in action, Paul Short Stack has  and Julian calls him with  .

Flop is  , turn  two spades, leaving Julian with just 2 outs. Guess what the River was......

Another man experiences the Thewy Steamroller, & our Man adds a handy 30k to his growing stack. He was quiet all afternoon, "waiting for the rush" as he put it, well, the rush has arrived.

Hi Dad & Liz, don't worry, Julian does not understand whats going on either, but he's amongst the World's Poker Elite, believe me. Hope you are keeping well, & I look forward to dinner with you both again soon.

Thanks for the welcome TiKay. Look forward to seeing you again in Dublin. We'll even try to find some food for you without vegetation. I think I may have understood that last YoYo hand. Scarey!
