Its still at snails pace for me! Everywhere else is fine though it just seems to be blonde. Any ideas?

probably because birmingham has still to be connected to the national grid like the rest of the UK, my suggestion would be to ring your electricity supplier and get them to tell gerry the gerbil and hammy the hamster to

Same here, it seems to be getting slower if anything

Takes me back to Ye Olde Times when we had a dial up connection.

Not working for me either.

I am chasing the tech Department as much as I can - in fact, I just had a text to say "it's working fine now", when quite clearly it's not......Grrr!

We have, I'm told, increased the bandwidth today, but it would appear that "insufficient bandwidth" was a red herring, because it is still not working properly.

I can only apologise on behalf of all at blonde. Frustrating, or what?

for me the problem has got worse. I am loading at about 222 sec per page,when the norm for me is 3 secs

The guys at UKFast have upgraded our bandwidth so we now have 8 times the previous bandwidth.  However, the server will still struggle under big loads so that is something for us still to fully resolve. The server is a little busy at the moment as I think everyone is catching up with their threads.

We will be doing some additional performance tweaks over the next week or so but we need a major server hardware upgrade to cope with the major peaks we get during live updates.  We will get this underway as soon as we can.  In the mean time, bear with us, there is lots of good stuff coming , and try not to hit F5 too often.
