You have 2 pair which means you have 4 outs.

You are 8.51% to complete your hand on the turn or 10.75 to 1.

You are 16.47% to complete your hand on the turn or river or 5.07 to 1.

Doing this calculation is relatively simple

However, the board can also come runner runner the other card. (say you have 10J the turn and river could be QQ giving you the pot)

Also, an ace and king could come on the turn and river splitting the pot.

So your actual odds, assuming you have no flush possibilities and your opponent has no royal flush outs, are 17.47% to win and 0.91% to split.

Your equity in the pot would be 17.925% and you would therefore require 4.58 to 1 to call.

For most players, including me, 5 to 1 is the number to remember.

Cheers Tank, Now what would it be if The flop was the same TJQ He has AK and i hold TT?.

I'm want to be able to have these figures kind of sorted out without having to think to much.

So now i have ANY J Q or T = 5 OUTS, Now if i miss the turn card, Lets say it's a 4, I now have 3 more outs there, correct? Giving me 5 outs on the flop and 8 outs on the turn, so what are the odds for me to call in this spot.

Thanks for the help Guys

With the set you're in much better shape.

34.44 % to win. 0.91 % to split again.
So 34.895 % equity.

1.8657 to 1 odds required.

Or 2 to 1 for us normal human beings.
