great result, there were some really dangerous players on the final table, Sandhu was 3rd in chips and was first out, says everything really.
Mucho congrats from me, a good day.

well done Richard, great result. Business really ahd to be done with that structure, thoufght ours was steep lol

In all fairness Wolfy, Walsall structure is far better than Broadway's at present.

They both need thoughtful review.

I would be happy to offer some suggestions if required.

How Many Did Broadway Pay Again?Huh?Huh? HUM let me think Ten

it all goes back to that same old arguement about flatter structures, i know alot, if not all blondites are in favour of a flatter structure. but the vast poker community around the midlands prefer it the way it is.

Thank you everyone. Really chuffed.

Played very solid poker again, won a couple of key confrontations and it was relatively plain sailing thereafter

Three left and a skewed payout structure, I really didn't have any choice but to deal. Negotiated a good one though!  Cheesy

Maybe thats true for a £20 re-buy but not for a £1500 main event where the majority will come from all over the country

Yes, but he attempted to flatten it accross the board, not just for festivals but also his regular small buy-in comps

The reason the regulars like the top heavy structure for the regular comps is that it gives them the oppertunity (More often than not) to do a good deal with other regulars while keeping unfamiliar players at a disadvantage

Didn't Luton do it for a festival only and get a positive response?
