Help needed

Looking for the following:

Plumbers - looking for a couple of plumbers for a weekends (long weekends work) - donations of labour are tax deductable! Location NW of England.

Board games, cutlery, crockery, saucepans, bedding, 12 x 3ft single beds, 2 x computers, laminate flooring.

The above is for Donna's Dream House -

The Donna's Dream House Charity is a locally based trust providing sponsored free holidays of a lifetime in Blackpool for children with life threatening illnesses and their families.

Whilst the voluntary team of Donna's Dream House provides the expertise, enthusiasm and administration, it is the generosity of many companies, organisations and individuals in raising and donating money, that makes it possible to bring not only sunshine and fun into children's lives, but a sense of wonder, adventure, laughter and much needed holidays in Blackpool for the whole family.

As Donna's Dream House is operated by volunteers only, the administration cost is about 1% to cover legal requirements of the Charaties Commission. 99p of each pound raised is used to provide the holidays and accommodation costs.

These children would be those who are unable to take holidays in Florida, or will be recommended for placement by Hospice staff, The Kensington Foundation, Hospitals and many other sources.

I can't help much with plumbing but I will certainly post this on the Intranet site at work and see if anyone can help out with any of the other requests this seems like a very worthwhile cause to me.

I have second hand computers looking for good homes but I need to get them cleaned of all my info......anyone know of a company that does that. I've tried to donate them before but no one seems to want them.  They are not that old, just a bit ugly........like the majority of men I date!

Dingdell - we will be very happy to take the computers - there are many charities who would be 'chuffed' to get them - trust me there are also those who have such high levels of funding that they 'only take the best' - much of my job is identifying those who do not receive much in the way of funding.

As for wiping your info off the computers I understand your concerns but I am sure someone on this forum can help - I would be quite happy to do it for you but would understand if you preferred to have it done idependently.
