Er, Tonji, I think I have to admit a small mistake.  The gentleman pictured below is in the seat we have been attributing to Travis Fox.  He has played like a rock, and not said a word almost all day so it was with surprise that we found him answering to the name 'Sigi.'  He must be Sigi Rath - can anyone confirm?

Please take comfort from the fact that Travis did make some money...

Yes Thats Siegfred Rath ...played with him in Slovenia...good and very tight Cool

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

I was only following Travis because he's named after my old dog!! That guy looks like Tom Selleck. Time to introduce name badges into these Tournements. LOL

All right - slightly off topic Eccentric Onlooker news now -

We often get questioned about what we're doing typing in the back of card rooms, but rarely does someone introduce themselves by asking us to Google them, for they are a genius and have a Law named after them - in this case, just that happened.

We found http://www.peter-helbich.at/book__section1.html when we searched for Helbich Law, a theorem about Economic Freedom and its correlation to prosperity and life expectancy at birth.  Now, this is pretty interesting stuff, and not what one usually gets chatting about at poker festivals.  It appears his hobby here isn't poker either (although he seemed interested by blonde) but a strange blackjack variant known as 22, where he plays the bank.  I think he might become a blondeite if I email him with details of theories of this game...

Here is the final table in all it's glory. Will look better against the stylish tv background when they whittle down to 6.

FASHION CORNER WITH BIG TK

Today Thomas is sporting a surprisingly reserved black tie, but it is partnered by a black and white zebra-like hankie protruding from his jacket pocket.

Top stuff.

Yeeeehaaaaaa- The Hermans Mountain. I'm lovin this, even though, NO I won't be getting any of the money. He's promised me a beer though... YAY. Yesterday he offered me a stake at a ludicrous 2 grand, but now it's starting to look like I should have taken him up on that. Oh well, if I were psychic I'd have qualified too.

Good too see the Ernst-fans are starting to cheer- my money's on him !

Any chance of a pic of the smug bastard grinning over his chips ?
