Jen 'Mrs Merton' Mason, still going strong with around 23k.

Always a smile for the camera.

The players are now stopping for dinner, which means play will recommence in just under 90 minutes.

They've all nipped off for the free buffet, lucky buggers. The press have to pay 45 Euros for a ticket. Eek...  Shocked Shocked Shocked

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Can you steal Jen's cardigan and burn it? I know she's taken some good clothes with her, if the cardigan's gone she'll have to wear them...

Iwan Jones on the same table tells me that the original raiser has made a lot of suspect bluffs but had not been called...until this hand.

Sounds like me in the Gutshot last night.  Was bored and drinking which is never a great combination.  Made an amusing (to me) overraise with T4 from UTG and a polite foreign bird showed TT before mucking.

Still ended up donating 50 quid to their WSOP fund.  That'll teach me for entering a free comp while I wait for people to arrive.....

Best of luck to Jen.

Just counted Jen's stack in the break, 26k and a little change.

Robert Coopers exit was at the hands of Martin Wendt. Evreyone folded Robert raised from the SB, Martin set him in from the BB. Robert called.

Robert held
Martin Held

The flop

Turn    This was followed by a "oooh" "ahhhh"

I wear cardigans. We're going for anticool.  Cool

They'll come back into fashion one day.
