My surname is sounds like one of the ends at Rangers' ground, Ibrox.

Was told it was a terrible name for a Celtic supporter by Michelle in the Riverboat, who called me Paradise (after Celtic Park) instead.

for years I have been affectionality known as Lazarus, after an incident in 1996 in Amsterdam involving much drink and the other stuff, a pancake shop, a pair of black patent leather shoess and some columbians.

I cant remember exactly when but at some pont someone started calling me lazaroonie (like a combination of lazarus and shockeroonie - a particularly west of scotland expression).

so thats it.

On all the sites I am registered on, I am known as Jackspratt or I Jack.  A sprat is a fish...which describes my playing ability. The two t's matches my typing skills.   My name isn't Jack in real life.. as I'm typing I think ...why? (seemed like a good idea at the time)

I was on holiday in Zante with my mates many years ago. We all hired mopeds, but unfortunately mine was the slowest bike in the history of slow bikes.

My mates had to slow down for me most of the time, but sometimes they stopped at a roadside cafe / bar and had a drink while they waited for me to catch up, even though I was on full throttle at all times. I'm not a natural on a motor bike, so I had to concentrate on just staying on the bloody thing most of the time, and more often than not, I wouldn't notice them as I trundled past as fast as my little bike could go.

Cue much hilarity for them, and "Onespeedo" for me for a fortnight.
