I admit some of the techniques that Paul Mckenna teachs may not be everyones cup of tea.  I am a fan obviously.  One of my friends played badminton at a high level. One of his coaches was concerned about his attitude when faced with tough match decisions. The coach sent him for a hypnosis session. After this his game improved to a level he had never seen before.

These are similar to some of the techniques that the hypnosis session taught him

I may be wrong, but MR F could find them useful.  They are exactly the same as alot of Paul Mckenna's exercises. However they aren't presented in such an arrogant way. Mr F may find them helpful...........If not I will just shut up and leave this subject alone...lol

tried this visualisation in bed last night and managed to get to sleep much better than usual. this of course was after i positioned my quilt around my ears so i couldnt hear brad snoring. i wont go into what image i used but i didnt even get to the good part and i was asleep. i had to keep re-starting my imagery though due to constant snoring interuptions

any tips for snoring?

A plastic bag placed over the head and tapped very tightly around the base of the neck usually does the trick on Mr Nun.. Cheesy

lol. well ive never even thought of that one, snoring or no snoring. brad does like is pink look and im unsure about whether or not he'd suit the blue palour as a result of the bag. so far hes (and i say this loosely) tried an anti snoring watch, nostril clips, a golf ball in the bed next to him, sleeping on the couch (works best), snoring supplements, electric shock thingy

what else can i do. the thing is hes not committed as  the snoring doesnt bother him. hELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to keep myself amused some way.  I am suppose to be doing a 3500 word essay. I am trying to build up the motivation levels right now.

Don't you find these sort of mental techniques fascinating?   I absolutely love it....  I don't chant or anything like that...lol

Motivational essay writing tips I just made up

You have to imagine that one of your fingers is missing and that it has been replaced by a ballpoint pen.

Scribble down upon the page as if you were tracings your thoughts upon the naked back of an amazonian warrior princess.

Drink 9 pints of holy water and scatter wild juniper berries all across the desk you are working from. They help you concentrate.

When taking a break, take a deep breath and hold a soft toy right up against your nose. Inhale deeply then tear it limb from limb.

Hope this helps.
