Online Gaming Support Representatives

We are recruiting for the position of Online Gaming Support staff for our Online Poker Room and Casino, based  in Birchwood, Warrington.

An understanding and appreciation of all apsects of poker is expected for the role.

Position Overview

To provide first-line customer service support for our new online casino and poker products. Support will include Live Chat with customers, answering telephone and email queries and the implementation of customer bonuses and withdrawal checks.

Requirements

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Good computer literacy and knowledge of email and the internet.
 Ideally will have some online poker and casino gaming knowledge and / or experience.
 A flexible approach to working, including nights and Weekends.
