i registered, made a deposit, played a HU and get a message to ring them. i call them and they say that i tried to use somebody elses card. that someone is a member on this forum. they said i must have his card details with me or he has tried to play on my computer. it was 1130pm and im here on my own with MY debit card. they have now suspended my account and i cant use it. they say i have to send off 3 documents to prove who i am. had anybody else deposited by card and have they had to send off conformation

OK, mate.

I was abit nervous about this.  I set up an account. But the cashier section looked exactly like another site, I was on.

I wanted to wait before I actually opened a real money account, to see how others got on.   


When I deposit, I am going to use Netteller.    I had a friend who had the exact same problem as you had with his VISA. It wasn't Blonde, but another pokersite.

I registered & opened my account with my card today with no problems, I hope they can sort it out for you.

Surely this is a good thing right? ... lets imagine it was your card someone else was using, illegally, that would be the exact course of action that I would want...

yeah it would be a good thing but they said that i was using somebody elses card details. i was on the phone for over half hour trying to tell them that i havent and it must be a mistake at their end to which they said it wasnt and were quite adament about that.

i asked them if they were accusing me of fraud they said no i might just of used his card details by mistake or he used my computer. as i said im here on my own with my card. eventually they admitted that the mistake was at their end and the card transaction they thought i used was before i even opened an account.

i asked if now that the problem was sorted out at their end does that now mean i can use my account as normal but i cant it is still suspended. i have to scan in my details and send it to them in an email but i do not have a scanner or i have to fax them to them. i dont have a fax either.

i have 8 poker sites and accounts on my computer, one of those is a tribecca site and havent had any problems with any of them. i use the same card on all sites.

the reason they wanted my details are because they thought i was using somebody elses card

if you've got a camera phone you can email pictures from it or transfer them to your puter and send em.

I had a phone call today form support telling me that someoned had used my card to deposit in their account a mr black from Northampton, something funny going on here, my account is also on stop and I have to send copies of debit card, utility bill etc.- not sure if I want to tbh

I am sorry you are having these issues. With everyone in Glasgae, it's going to be difficult for me to get you help, as I am just a lowly Mod, and can't really do anything.

What I can do is make sure this is flagged up to the appropriate people so that they can help you, and this thread won't get lost in the influx of posting we are going to have post bash.

Please hang in there , and we will do everything we can to sort this out for you.
