As my last  hi/lo post went well I thought I would try a new one

Playing last night

Blinds 50p/£1

Seat 1 has the button I have seat 8

I have $170 only 3 others have above $100

4 limpers I make it an even $5 with  Two Diamonds three clubs

BB and 4limpers call

Flop comes

UTG bets out $6 has $90 left   one fold 2calls

Questions is do I raise or just call

Don't even think about telling me to fold

Raise, nut low, nut flush draws.
No question.

I like flatcalling and hoping he donks off  his chips on the turn.
If he seems a better player than that, raise it there and then.

PS: Folding works here as well, you've only got a board lock on the low and a nut flush draw, low equity!

With a little wrap to the straight, the nut flush draw, and the nut low draw, I'm raising (unless I think he'll fold to a raise, 'cos I want his money in the middle).

Hands like this are the money makers in NL/PL Omaha Hi/Lo. I'd like to get all-in on the flop and hope that a hand with only one way possibilities, like A-J-J-9 or just a low draw called me. I've been playing a fair bit of NLO8 recently and you'll be surprised how often you end up all-in against hands like those. Notice that even against a hand like top set you're in fantastic shape with 65% equity in the pot!

With such a strong hand I was tempted to bet the pot,

but figured I would only get called by a very big hand if there was one out there

but with 3 players in front of me willing to pay for another card I decided to raise $10 making it hard for any of them to fold.

Sure enough they all called and the turn brought the    not great but still very nice.

With only 30 seconds to act I don’t have time to work out all the outs for a scoop/split possibilities. As I anticipated they all checked to me.

Now do I bet the pot, another pot-building bet or check?

I would bet the pot
The pot is big already related to the blinds and the stacks

You still have a massive draw (counted 28 outs for nut high or/and nut low) and it's mot likeky that nobody has a set of Jacks (he would have probably bet the pot on this board to try to protect his hand), I can't see anydody having a set of   (what would he have called the flop with ?)

By betting, you can get heads-up which may help you win high even if you miss (like you're heads up with a A245 hand : any Jack or 9 wins high)
If you're called in more than 1 place, you need to improve but your pot equity is huge

By checking, you let them the chance to beat you with a mediocre hand (say somebody has A257 and hits a 5 on river or TJQK and hits an offsuit 9,J Q K) and you don't want that

Just my opinion
