Early news. Team Ironside is one rubber up (after being, literally one rubber down after their captain gets a puncture) as Ironside himself beats yt (or, as TraceT joked, 'maybe he should be yts now')
Also, The Brief beats the Rookie. In the final hand Robert calls all-in with AA. The cards Brian held which prompted such a move from the bracelet holder?

Team Ironside 2-1 Tightend's Team (despite me (AndrewT) winning my match).
Headsup has been a bit slow to take off, as a couple of tables got taken up with cash games, so we have to wait for space to open up as people get knocked out of the main event.

Inthebelly team told to play the final legs... 4-0 so far and waiting for rosy to stop messing about and take down the main tourney before playing heads up so we win 5-0 and get a bye in the next round. Although we have adequant backup in tomtom and shortstack if neccessary!  |
