New to this - so hi all!

I have been having problems with my connection to the poker site (William Hill) over the last few days (even the cards are being dealt very slowly) - I have noticed its not just me and a lot of people are moaning about it.

Does anyone in these forums know what is wrong - I hear people talking about the server being the problem.

Would be grateful to hear from someone who has any info on this.

Great site by the way

Hi Gareth welcome to blonde  Grin

Hills is running especially slow for me at the minute and Im no expert but I wouild guess that the problem is due to high levels of traffic their experiencing at the minute (what with the WSOP) since its a popular time to be playing poker!  Wink

It's crypto not hills.

I played last night and everyone had hands folded for them with disconnection problems. I had kk folded at one pointed and the disconections reached double figures i think.

Still i managed 9th for 200.

I used betfair to play.

Some guys were advising to contact support to get a refund.

frustrating at times it is...agree with henrik 777(lovely name)
contact customer service for a refund or a free buy in for a future tourney ...if they are any kind of a site they`ll agree.
