Hey,
Been to see it and its one of those films you'll love or hate. I thought it was really good, a few things left hanging but on the whole a really good film. Not as good as Sin City, but then the thing I loved about sin city was the style of the movie. V is just filmed normally with some nifty special effects.
Probably the best thing on the cinema just now but the Denzel film out at the weekend looks good, lucky number slevin looks alright and the summer months look good for sequals: Basici Instinct 2, MI3, Rocky 6, and of course DIE HARD 4!!!!

Haven't seen V for Vendetta yet (going next week) but I'm told that if you liked the comic (or graphic novel for the nerds out there) you'll hate it and if you haven't you'll love it. Saw The Inside Man at the weekend - excellent, really clever stuff. Reminded me of those heist movies of the 70s

I'll hate V for Vendetta then - Sad becasue there was nothing in the GRAPHIC NOVEL (ok comic) that couldn't be done with normal filming. I suppose they'd be worried politically with the book making a big statement about british government.

I loved the graphic novels - I'll wait for it to come on Sky then Classic British comic book stuff.. The US never caught up with us in that department - not even The Punisher...

Willis was probably the most redeeming thing about the film(dark brooding mysterious character)...why morgan freeman agreed to be in it is beyond me
