Nick Gibson just made a big laydown with 6 8 when the flop came 6 7 8 and someone moved all-in for 350k. The guy just showed him an A... He still has 940k. Definitely not out, if that's what you were thinking.

A few hands later, Kalmer goes for a cigarette, and when he sits down Ivey says to him "You do know that I know that you were f***ing with me?" So he's not up for being pushed around then
