Nick Gibson just made a big laydown with 6 8 when the flop came 6 7 8 and someone moved all-in for 350k. The guy just showed him an A... He still has 940k. Definitely not out, if that's what you were thinking.

John Kalmer raises with AJ, and Phil Ivey calls. The flop comes 4 5 K and Ivey bets 35k, John raises to 135, he passes.
A few hands later, Kalmer goes for a cigarette, and when he sits down Ivey says to him "You do know that I know that you were f***ing with me?" So he's not up for being pushed around then
