Is anyone having any problems with blue square? It won't load for me... the first screen is saying 'connection failed. Waiting to recconect'. It can't be my internet because this is working. I've just tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but have the same problem...

I'm in the WPT qualifier in a couple of hours...

anyone have any ideas?!!!

Think i'll give downloading it again another try... I wish I knew more about computers!

The firewall sis come up, I'm sure I selected permit.... but if I didn't how do I get it to ask me again if I also ticked the 'always use this action' box?!

Are you sure you are not logged in to any other Tribeca Rooms - blonde Cardroom, for example? That would explain the problem.

Honestly I thought you men liked playing with your software!

Open your firewall, find/go to program control, scroll down to the poker software and change block to accept.

I'm going in the bath now, so I hope that works.

I did add blue square to a list to miss the firewall but that hasnt worked...

Had a good tip off and I have managed to get in through uncover poker which looks like it will all work... panic hopefully over!

Yes yes I know, you prefer the hardware so tend to ignore the software...   sighhhhhhhhhhhhh
