I saw some sat's for the oxford cup and the Manchester open, Although it gives no other info on the events, Has anyone got info on these events before I go and enter a satalite?

Yes.

They were initiated by UPL (University Poker League... another Bowman's Skin) and are online satellites to Student Poker Tournaments.
