John McGrane's little River trick with the 8 has moved him up to about 1.5 mill.

To get things in perspective, there are about 56 milion chips in play, so average is, what, 2.2 mill?  That makesc andy Black HUGE. Ave for the Final Ten will be 5.6 mill.

Joe O'Connor (sorry if spelling wrong, not got a list of runners to hand), his JJ lost to Aaron's Someone's AA. Flop was all diamonds, Joe never had a Diamond, so he was  drawing mega thin. No miracle turn or River, & he's history, OUT 23rd.

There are two Press Rooms here. One has 6 or 7 hard wired Internet Connections, and is packed with hopeful guys with impotent laptops, as they cannot get access to a onnection.

I decided to abandon ship & come to the other Press Room, which has no internet connections at all, but I have my little Vodafone dubree thingy.

There are maybe 4 or 5 of us no hopers in here, but we can at least access the rail - those in the other room cannot see the Arena unless they exit into the public corridor & then come in by another entrance.

Sat 2 chairs  to my left, disinterestedly reading a newspaper, is Erik Seidel. To his left is John Juanda. To his left is a man who I don't recognize, but he has hairy ears.

Andy Black in a huge pot against Tim Phan, Tim TT, Andy AQ.

Andy flops his A, but Tim flops the set

Andy just loves the Q on the turn, and the Q on the River, to take a 3 million pot in extraodrinary style......

Don't you just love set over set.......

Surely full house over set. Yellow card for TK???.  Roll Eyes
