Tate Takes Blinds
Log: Andrew Black raises $200,000 more from the small blind.  Connor Tate reraises all-in for another $260,000.  Black folds and Tate gets the blinds and antes (now adding up to $180,000).

*****************CONOR TATE OUT IN 12th - RECEIVES $600,000!!**********************

His AK of hearts' all-in found a caller in Andrew Black who happened to be holding KK.  The board came out Q 10 8 2 2 and Mr. Tate finishes a much-more-than-respectable WSOP 12th.    Congratulations.

Matusow vs Skeikhan (all-in) with .

Flop: 10s
Turn:
River:

Sheikhan's straight doubles him up and he's up to a little over a million, having shrunk to 500k a short while previously.

An EXTRAORDINARY performance by Conor, & how unlucky to find Andy sat with Kings. Brilliant stuff.

Micky - sorry about the spelling of JK - I only got the Christian name & surname wrong.....

Matusow just won about a 1.5 million pot with KK.  Muted applause and one woman shouting "Go on Mikey!"  There is a real change from the shouting and screeching of yesterday at the Rio.  Firstly, they have banished the excitable fan crowd to a series of small lounges with large-screen TVs on which they can follow the tables.  Secondly, each player is allowed to distribute just two guest passes, and other than that it is only media allowed in the inner sanctum.  It is in quite an 'intimate' room with brown-uniformed security guards only letting people with passes through... we've managed to finagle a way in for me, luckily.
