It was a one-off for 1/2 million dollars.  The game was PL Omaha.  the chip lead went backwards and forwards and eventually Daniel beat Tony Bloom (some people siad he beat him easy but not sure).  Daniel is still down in the Wynn challenge though - he has lost 3 times to Barry Greenstein.  The Wynn casino stake him and he keeps the winnings.

On another note - me and thewy were playing tnigh in the alladin and aparenly upstairs in one of the suites was the largest ever cash game to take place (Doyle Bunson, TJ Cloutier, Chip Reese and Gus hansen among a couple of others were playing.  - Millions on the table apparently.

"The Wynn casino stake him and he keeps the winnings."

Not according to Daniel Negreanu.

For the record: ALL of the money is being put up me me, 100%
