How the f**k does Ikea make any money? I go in have a look around and say I want to buy that and that and want them delivered. They then give me 2 lists and say I have to go to the warehouse and find the items on list A and put them on a trolley then I have to go to a checkout and pay for the items on both lists and then go somewhere else and then go somewhere else.... I CAN'T BE BOTHERED - I JUST WANT TO POINT AT SOMETHING GIVE OVER MY CC AND WAIT UNTIL THE STUFF ARRIVES AT MY DOOR. Is that too much to ask for?

You've answered your own question there. Making you do all the work is the key to them making money.
Isn't the bloke who owns Ikea knocking on Bill Gates' door as the richest man in the world ?

IKEA is Swedish? That explains a lot.
