If you're going to make a continuation bet, your best plan is to just bet however much you would if you hit the flop full in the face.

as much as you think will upset your oponent, basically meaning hes going to have to risk a large portion of his chips to bluff you off it if he hasn't hit. 2/3 of the pot usually works pretty well.
