Sark,

Goto

http://www.bitlord.com/

then go to

Miniova or Torrent Lounge or torrentz or just google search torrents and then search for a torrent.

http://www.wmplugins.com/ItemDetail.aspx?codec=DX50 for the divx plug in for WMP

and thats it...

Thanks

It was truly awesome, however this is highly recommended for viewing torrent flies, it comes with a large codec bundle:-

I tried to download Lost Series 2, but it was so slow, all my computers were affected, it really was unbearable. Does anyone know why my whole network was slow? Is there anyway around this?

Junior, it depends what you download, much like p2p the technology itself doesn't do anything illegal but you could use it to illegally download copyrighted material.

Nemesis - Does your client allow you to limit the upload speed of the torrents? I find that this is what generally slows networks to a crawl. I'd recommend setting it to a reasonable level so you are still uploading but everything else still works. What to set it to would depend on the upload speed of your internet connection. I have ADSL and 256k upload so i set the max to 13Kbs and it works well.

I would recommed using Bitcomet as your torrent client, they also provide forums which will help you with any configuration  issues.

I like the http://thepiratebay.org  for downloads.

Ian

I downloaded the klite pack some time ago, but when I tried to install it nothing happened - does double clicking it do something in the background, or should it bring up an install screen.

Codecs confuse the hell out of me!

Dead right Ironside the system was set up to allow people to download large files across the internet.

The fact that some people misuse the system shouldn't allow the film/record  companies to close it down.
