Michael Greco is OUT - There was a mid-position raise, and an all-in to Michael's immediate right. He ended up calling all-in and there were some tense minutes as the initial raiser eventually decided to pass. During this time, I overheard Michael saying to someone behind him (quietly) that he'd made a mistake here...
