Did Roland get his entry into this as part of his WPT win ?  If so it's a hell of a freeroll !  Cheesy

no, and he sold part (half) of himself, he has also done a deal w/ FULL TILT!!! before the event started

The seat was part of his WPT Paris win, and no one has bought shares in him although he may have swapped some % with his good friend Juha Helppi

he told me he had about half homself out w/ guys like Juha and Patrick, I think he has to be considered the fav to win given the fact the pressure will not hurt him at all, he has made it this far w/out a blowup, good luck Roland, I thought he said he bought in but I could be wrong?Huh?Huh?

I'd like to see Roland win it, as he did not get as much credit/PR / Media Coverage as he deserved for winning the WPT in Paris, if he wins this, or makes the final, it will catapult his status as one of the UK's top players and Europes highest flyers. Good luck to him.

somehow I dont think roland will be looking at the money jump at 15th. Hopefully another nice pay day for him after a tough month or 2. Get in there edge.

Agreed. I mentioned this more for Surinder, who is currently last place in chips.

When I was first introduced to Roland in Paris I told Jen and Tikay that he had the right attitude to win. Roland just plays the game to the best of his ability and does not get caught up w/ all the BS around him. His status will take off and Full Tilt will be very, very happy w/ the newest addition to the TEAM!

I have just received a text saying that:

"Blinds are 40k/80k with a 10k running ante". Gulp !

13 left RDW still in good shape.
